Top chef and Restaurateur, William Stafford, established Stafford's Quality Foods in Cape Town in 1993, manufacturing a diverse range of quality fresh and frozen items for the hospitality industry, where only the finest and freshest ingredients are used and where quality is not compromised.

Stafford's Quality Foods specialize in manufacturing high quality licenced products which are tailor made according to our client's exact specifications. We have successfully completed several formal banquets for local and international celebrities and heads of state. We also cater for large corporate companies, be it buffet, finger snacks, lunch or dinner menus and are able to create individual fresh items for larger functions, as well as offering an Events Management Service through our sister company "Indigo Occasions".

Factory:

Staffords Quality Foods are situated in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town - our high tech, multimillion rand, modern, state of the art factory is also HACCP compliant with a massive refrigerated and frozen holding capacity. Our frozen range of products are all individually blast frozen, using the latest technology to ensure a perfectly freezer-thaw stable product for extended shelf life. The blast freezer allows us to freeze products immediately after manufacturing which contributes to the shelf life of six months if the cold chain is maintained.
