Fridge : + 1deg Celsius to +4deg Celsius (4 – 6 days shelf life)
Defrost overnight in a fridge or at room temperature as follows:
Individual 30 to 80 minutes
Whole 60 to 150 minutes
Once Defrosted, do NOT Refreeze
Remove foil (where applicable) while frozen, plate & heat in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds (see product label for detailed instructions) or alternatively, defrost at room temperature and steam bake in a dish covered with tin foil for 15 to 20 minutes at 180deg Celsius.
Chilled Handling Instructions
Remove from polystyrene packaging when defrosting to prevent condensation & water damage.
To cut, use a long sharp edged knife, dipped in hot water between each cut.
To minimise wastage, pre-portion while frozen & thaw portions as required.
If product has a plastic collar to protect, remove while frozen, defrost & serve.
